• Two (1-2hr) prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth
• Childbirth Education course 
• Birth preferences(plan) assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options that are available to you
• Access to lending library of books and videos of pregnancy, birth and baby care, to support your learning
• Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help the you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby's birth
• 1 Prenatal Yoga/Meditation Session 
• Herbal Postpartum Prep and Support
• On call 2 weeks before and after due date
• While on call; unlimited phone, text and e-mail support to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout early labor.
• Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help your baby latch on properly and encourage establishment of breastfeeding
• One (1-2hr) postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate/reflect the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period. 

Prenatal Yoga/Meditation

*two (60 min) sessions created to prepare your mind and body for the birth of your baby. These sessions will focus on the needs of each mama and will unfold according to her desires.

• We will flow into your power using postures designed to strengthen your body in preparation for birth 
• Focus on postures that help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, headaches, shortness of breath, swelling in ankles, and fatigue.
• Focus on breathing techniques for calming the mind and nervous system 
• Relax with visualization,  guided meditations, affirmations and mantras that you can take with you into your birthing journey 
•  Explore partner support through comfort measures, gentle massage and more!
